The Pursuit of Happyness
I really liked the 2006 movie “The Pursuit of Happyness,” and it inspired me a lot. It is inspired by a real story of Chris Gardener (played by Will Smith). Smith’s performace was also praiseworthy and deservered the Oscar nomination. However, I think, the movie was not actually about happiness, but was about “struggle for existence.”
Interestingly, my one of the favorite website netscape posts an artice that if you eat some salmon, it will make you happier. As it has mentioned, the magic ingredient is omega-3 fatty acids which seem to affect areas of the brain associated with emotion. Read the full story at:
Eat This. It Really Will Make You Happier
By doing a quick googling, I also got some happiness instructions list like this:
* Figure out what is important to you in life.
* Think about times when you have felt happy, good or content.
* Decide to make more time in your life to do more of what is important to you and makes you feel happier.
* Start with little things and work up to bigger ones.
* Focus on what is positive about yourself, others and life in general, instead of dwelling on the negative.
Well, lot of ways to make yourself feel happy!

Happiness:
We cant find the worth of ordinary happiness in ordinary life when we are surrounded by it.
But when we lose it, we first realize how precious it is.
Think, May be You are the Happiest person alive.
